Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

The short version: Tagly does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Your tasks stay on your devices and in your iCloud account. That's it.

What Tagly collects

Nothing. Tagly does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to its own servers. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics.

iCloud Sync

If you use iCloud sync, your tasks, tags, and notes are stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Tagly has no access to your iCloud data — it is synced directly between your devices by Apple.

Subscriptions

Tagly uses Apple's in-app purchase system to process subscriptions. All payment information is handled entirely by Apple. Tagly never sees or stores your payment details. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Third-party services

Tagly uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process anonymised purchase data to verify your subscription status. No personally identifiable information is shared. You can read RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Advertising

Tagly contains no advertising and your data is never used for advertising purposes.

Children

Tagly does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app contains no features directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
